We offer high-quality care that is sensitive to desires, culture and belief systems. We listen to your experiences without judgment and help to find safety and healing through support. Together we focus not only on the challenges that you have experienced, but also on the strengths and capabilities you possess.

Recovery Management (RM)
Community based outreach program helping people manage addiction and co-occurring mental health problems. | Grand Rapids | Muskegon

Family Engagement Program (FEP)
Family-focused in-home substance use team based program which aims to reduce the cycle of substance use within the family. | More Details

Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Designed to support those with a primary diagnoses of substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues such as depression and anxiety. IOP services allow individuals to continue work, attend school, and/or manage other daily responsibilities while benefiting from a highly structured and intensive treatment experience. | More Details

Jail Mental Health & Diversion
Provides screening, assessments, and crisis intervention to Kent County and Muskegon County Correctional Facilities inmate population. Additional services include coordination of care, diversion, specialized groups, and individual substance use counseling.
