Community based outreach program helping people manage addiction and co-occurring mental health problems. | Grand Rapids | Muskegon

Family Engagement Program (FEP)
Family-focused substance abuse counseling and case management services to female head of household. | More Details

Jail Mental Health & Diversion
Provides screening, assessments, and crisis intervention to Kent County and Muskegon County Correctional Facilities inmate population. Additional services include coordination of care, diversion, specialized groups, and individual substance use counseling.
